In 2006, Bob authored a couple of the field team guides in Microsoft’s Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) documentation; specifically the guides for “core” applications (Office) and “supplemental” applications (everything else).
The BDD changed its name to “Microsoft Deployment” a couple years later. Bob was on a team of writers that handled various field team guides to offer end-to-end documentation and process for desktop deployment.
